By accessing or using Ordinus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.
Service Description
Ordinus is a scheduling platform that allows you to manage appointments, accept bookings, and process payments. We provide the infrastructure; you are responsible for your content and client relationships.
Account Registration
To use Ordinus, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Subscription and Billing
Free Plan
Our Free plan provides basic scheduling features at no cost. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time.
Paid Plans
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Billing occurs automatically on your renewal date
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are provided as described in our refund policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited marketing
- Resell or redistribute our service without permission
- Abuse or harass other users or our support staff
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. By using our payment features, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Ordinus is not responsible for issues with payment processing beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
Ordinus and its content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service or content without permission.
You retain ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordinus shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ordinus from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
