Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Details on service availability are in our terms.

EU hosting

Data is stored with our EU hosting provider, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Support response

Standard support replies within 48 hours. Priority and dedicated plans come with faster SLAs.

Incident follow-up

If an incident affects your bookings, we follow up by email with what happened and what we changed.
